Our Famous Beef and “Cheekin” Fajitas
The buffet includes our famous fajitas served with homemade, hand-rolled flour tortillas, fresh guacamole, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, real sour cream, Mexican rice, crispy corn tostada chips, ala charra beans and our homemade salsa. Fajitas can be grilled on site where suitable.

“Our Serveece”

Fiesta Buffet Service
Your fiesta buffet will include a professional service team of Event Leads, Grill Cooks, and Service Staff. Your catering coordinator will determine the optimum staff for your event based upon our staffing guidelines. Additional services are available and vary, from passing cocktails, greeting guests, to bartenders. Additional charges will apply for additional service staff. We also provide plastic plates, napkins, and plastic flatware. Ask us about “grilling on site!”

Bar & Beverage Service
We offer a variety of beverage options, from our Famous “Fresh-Squeezed” lime margaritas to beer, wine, and mixed drinks, iced tea, and soft drinks. Frozen margarita machines are available for rent. Beverage service includes ice, cups, napkins, and garnishes. A bartender is required for all events where alcoholic beverages are served. Your catering event coordinator will suggest the appropriate number of bartenders for your event.

Guaranteed Guest Count
In order to provide the best possible service, the final guaranteed number of guests must be specified 7 business days prior to the event by 1:00 pm. Once received, this number may not be reduced. Our final billing will be based upon on the initial guaranteed number of guests or the actual number of guests in attendance, which ever is greater.

Rental Equipment
We will supply the buffet tables and décor for your event. Any guest tables, chairs, linens, china glassware, flatware, etc. will be made available at an additional cost. Delivery charges may apply. Rental equipment and delivery charges are subject to applicable sales tax.

Payment
A deposit of 50% of the estimated final bill is necessary to confirm the catering contract and hold the date requested. The deposit will be applied to the final bill. A portion of the deposit will be forfeited if notice of event cancellation is not given 14 days prior to the event date. Sales tax of 8.25% and Service Fee of 15% will be added to the final total. Payment of final amount is due 7 business days prior to the event date; any additional charges incurred are due at the end of the event. Lupe Tortilla Catering accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and corporate checks.
